Gift Packaging is pre-assembled, unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of assembled packaging made from cardstock, they will only be shipped within another shipping box for protection.
Gift packaging offered are intended for customers to gift in person to intended recipient. If gift is meant to be shipped to recipient and not the customer, then you must specify this request.
Each gift packaging includes wrapping tissue paper, item protection and optional customer insert gift message/tag. Options are provided with custom embed. Please make sure to fill out all options available. Labeling gift boxes are also required to identify them.

The Subscription Membership Club is a paid subscription where you'll receive either digital and physical rewards made by us on tesvp.com. Rewards may vary or change over time.
You can easily manage and control your subscription right from your account page on shop. Plus, you’ll get email reminders about your subscription service.
WHEN MONTHLY REWARDS ARE SENT
Rewards will be sent at the end of the month 30-31 for most months and 28-29 for February.
IF members join during cooldown period members, they will only receive the previous months rewards. (FE: Jan cooldown is Feb-March).

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING CYCLE
Subscription billing is scheduled for 2 months, which is bi-monthly. This doesn’t mean you’ll get products for 2 months straight; instead, your subscription items will be delivered once every 2 months.
SHIPMENT & TRACKING NUMBER
Every package will receive a tracking number, this is to give you a peace of mind and try to prevent lost packages hence the slightly higher cost for subscription club.
Tracking can be interrupted by holidays, differences in postal system and changes to postal services, etc.

Digital work is intended for personal-use, unless otherwise specified. Additionally, digital files themselves cannot be resold or redistributed in any form. Artwork is copyrighted by © tesvp and is protected by all applicable copyright laws.
Digital goods, due to their nature, cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
