Order & Payment
tesvp shop accepts a variety of payment methods currently provided at time of checkout. All products remain tesvp's property until payment is paid in full and processed successfully.
Shipping cost and payment fees are available at the time before submitting your order. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parents' permission to buy items from shop. tesvp is not responsible for unsupervised and/or misuse of income.
Confirmation of Payment is processed after order is successfully submitted. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with details regarding billing/shipping information of your order.
Additionally, check your spam and/or junk folder if e-mail is misplaced upon delivery.
Accurate Shipping & Billing
DOUBLE CHECK all personal shipping and billing information at checkout to ensure accurate confirmation, shipment and updates. If USPS notifies you "fail of delivery" with a delivery attempt, that means the address was incorrect/invalid. USPS will "return to sender," and be returned to tesvp's possession, unless item is lost and/or stolen. Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping cost.
Inventory & Restock
Inventory is sold at a limited quantity in order to reduce waste for handmade items and/or to fund other projects. "Print on Demand" items have no inventory limits to re-produce. Restock regarding regular inventory will occur based on positive traffic from buyers. However, some items may be a one time availability which will be provided in their listing.
GENERAL STOCK
All sales are final. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges are rare and are only accepted under special circumstances. If your package was damaged upon arrival or received the wrong item, please email us at support@tesvp.com with your full name, order number, and photos of the order within 14 days of delivery so we can do our best to help you.
As a friendly reminder, we are a single owner small business, therefore, we cannot fulfill instant order recovery similar to larger-commercial businesses. Patience is greatly appreciated - thank you!

Items on sale are non-returnable, non-refundable and are as is.

Information given by consent upon your time of order will never be disclosed to anyone outside of fulfilling orders (e.g shipping carrier and 3rd party fulfillment services such as "print on demand services" directly through shop). Shipping & Handling
Shop ships from and to the United States and most international countries.

Orders are shipped from the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service), unless otherwise stated. Orders are shipped out 3-5 business days once payment is fully processed. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of items per order. All information related to shipping cost, tax, etc. are provided at the time of checkout.

DOMESTIC ORDER may take up to 2 weeks to arrive, depending type of order made, postal delays, rural areas, force majeure and holidays. |
| INTERNATIONAL ORDER may take up to 6 weeks, heavily depending on type of order made, custom processing, differences in postal services, force majeure, rural areas and holidays. |
International orders may incur VAT, custom tax & duty import fees to recipients by the receiving country, which tesvp are not responsible for any of these charges. All import fees are the responsibility of the buyer at their own expense.
Force Majeure are considered elements out of sellers control and releases tesvp from any obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of events are changes in postal services, government action/omission/war or government decisions affecting the market negatively (for example: restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.), new or amended legislation, embargo, fire/flood, sabotage, accident, strikes, lack of delivery from suppliers, stolen packages, and/or natural disasters.
DIGITAL CONTENT ("digital files") & USAGE
Any digital downloadable content provided are "digital files" and/or "digital content" and do not require mailing address to ship to as these are not a physical product you're receiving. Digital work are designed and provided by tesvp.
Digital files are for personal-use only and may not be distributed, edited, modified, used to create derivative works, use for resale and/or licensing or commercial-use, unless otherwise stated. However, NSFW/NFT/AI usage is prohibited. artwork is copyright of © tesvp, all rights reserved.
Digital products are automatically delivered to you after payment has been processed successfully. Due to the nature of these products, they are non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be accepted for cancellation.
PRODUCT DISPLAY / AS IS POLICY
Please understand that colors may vary slightly due to differences in lighting/cameras, device settings, and/or we see colors differently. By purchasing through this shop you have automatically acknowledged and accepted these conditions.
Any products and/or items that are listed as "handmade" and/or "manufacture" may or may not have superficial defects that are not obvious to overall product. Items are tested and checked by tesvp to ensure customers are getting quality goods. By placing an order via tesvp.com, you accept and understand the nature of the item you're receiving - thankies!
CANCELATIONS
Cancellations must be made within the first 24 hours of placing your order. However, cancellations will not be accepted for any digital content provided.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Returns for physical products will not be accepted except in special circumstances. Items qualified for exchange/return must remain in the same condition upon delivery. Cost of shipment are non-refundable unless damage and/or loss of items purchased. Replacement will only be made in equivalent cost of items purchased within original order, excluding any digital content.
LOST, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
In the rare case your order has been lost, damaged in transit and/or defective, contact us immediately within 14 days after delivery. If applicable, items will only be replaced to the equivalent of products that were purchased.
For Lost Orders, please contact USPS with your tracking number before contacting shop. In most cases tracking can be delayed due to USPS processing information, app failures, etc. on their end. However, mis-delivery is very common in apartment complex's (speaking from personal experience).
Please double check area of residence if package was left elsewhere and/or with family, friends, and/or neighbors if they took possession of your package in your place.
For Damaged and/or Defective Items, take images of items in well-lit environment and contact shop with your order number #, image of product(s) and name/billing information asap within the 14 days after delivery.
As a friendly reminder, most items are handmade and/or provided by "print on demand" services. Handmade items are limited and may not be available for replacement. Further instructions and/or resolution will be provided at the time of contact.
Refunds/Replacements cannot be issued for packages that are stolen after successful delivery to shipping address provided. These circumstances fall under force majeure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
tesvp reserves the right to refund, cancel, enforce policy terms of use and/or violations, refuse service for any reason and/or amend information, which include but are not limited to: prices, product specifications, terms of purchase, licensing agreements, and product offerings without prior notice.
