Order & Payment

Shop currently accepts a variety of payment methods at the time of checkout. All products remain tesvp’s property until the payment is fully processed and received.

Shipping costs and payment fees are displayed before you submit your order. If you’re under 18, you must have parental permission to purchase items from the shop. tesvp is not responsible for the unsupervised or misuse of your income.

Once your order is successfully submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to you with details about your billing and shipping information.

Additionally, check your spam and/or junk folder if e-mail is misplaced upon delivery.

Accurate Shipping & Billing

Double-check all personal shipping and billing information at checkout to ensure accurate confirmation, shipment, and updates. If USPS notifies you of a “fail of delivery” with a delivery attempt, it indicates that the address provided was incorrect or invalid. In such cases, USPS will return the item to the sender, which will be returned to tesvp’s possession, unless the item is lost or stolen. Re-delivery will incur an additional shipping cost. 

Inventory & Restock

Inventory is sold in limited quantities to minimize waste for handmade items and fund other projects. “Print on Demand” items, on the other hand, have no inventory limits, allowing for unlimited reproduction. Restocking of regular inventory will occur based on positive buyer traffic. However, some items may have a one-time availability, which will be clearly stated in their listing.

GENERAL STOCK 

All sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are rare and only accepted under exceptional circumstances. If your package was damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong item, please email us at support@tesvp.com with your full name, order number, and photos of the order within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you to the best of our ability.

As a friendly reminder, we are a small, single-owner business, so we can’t fulfill instant order recovery like larger commercial businesses. We appreciate your patience. Thank you!

Items on sale are non-returnable, non-refundable and are as is.

We take your privacy very seriously. Any information you provide when placing an order will never be disclosed to anyone except for fulfilling the order (e.g., shipping carrier and third-party fulfillment services like “print on demand services” directly through the shop). We will never send you unsolicited communication.

Shipping & Handling

Shop ships from and to the United States and most international countries. Once the payment for an order is fully processed, it is shipped out within 3-5 business days.

Orders will not be taken from any suspended countries nor Germany, due to their high restrictive shipping methods.

Orders are shipped from the United States via USPS (United States Postal Service), unless specified otherwise. Shipping costs are determined based on the total weight of items in each order. All relevant information regarding shipping costs, taxes, and other details is provided during the checkout process.

DIGITAL ORDERS are delivered after payment is successfully processed. 

DOMESTIC ORDER may take up to 2 weeks to arrive, depending type of order made, postal delays, rural areas, force majeure and holidays.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER may take up to 6 weeks, heavily depending on type of order made, custom processing, differences in postal services, force majeure, rural areas and holidays.

International orders may incur VAT, customs tax, and duty import fees for recipients in the receiving country. tesvp is not responsible for any of these charges. All import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid at their own expense.

Force majeure events are beyond tesvps' control and releases them from any contractual obligations. Examples include changes in postal services, government actions or omissions, wars, and negative government decisions affecting the market (such as restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.). Other examples include new or amended legislation, embargoes, fires, floods, sabotage, accidents, strikes, supply chain disruptions, stolen packages, and natural disasters.

DIGITAL CONTENT ("digital files") & USAGE

Digital downloadable content, such as digital files and digital content, do not require a mailing address since it’s not a physical product. These digital works are designed and provided by tesvp. 

Digital files are intended for personal use only and may not be distributed, edited, modified, used to create derivative works, resold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes, unless otherwise specified. However, the use of NSFW, NFT, or AI content is strictly prohibited. Artwork is copyrighted by © tesvp and all rights are reserved.

Digital products are automatically delivered to you after payment has been processed successfully. Due to the nature of these products, they are non-refundable, non-returnable and cannot be accepted for cancellation.

PRODUCT DISPLAY / AS IS POLICY

Please understand that colors may vary slightly due to differences in lighting/cameras, device settings, and/or we see colors differently. By purchasing through this shop you have automatically acknowledged and accepted these conditions.

Any products or items labeled as “handmade” or “manufactured” may or may not have minor defects that aren’t immediately noticeable. tesvp conducts thorough testing and checks to ensure that customers receive high-quality goods. By placing an order through tesvp.com, you acknowledge and understand the nature of the item you’re purchasing.

CANCELATIONS

Cancellations must be made within the first 48 hours of placing your order. However, digital content, including custom orders, cannot be canceled. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE 

Physical product returns are only accepted under special circumstances. Items eligible for exchange or return must be in the same condition as when they were delivered. The cost of shipping is non-refundable unless the items are damaged or lost. Replacements will only be made for the equivalent cost of the items purchased in the original order, excluding any digital content.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, custom and/or personalized items tailored to a specific individual or gift cards.

If an order qualifies for a refund/return, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@tesvp.com.

LOST, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE 

In the rare case your order has been lost, damaged in transit and/or defective, contact us immediately within 14 days after delivery. If applicable, items will only be replaced to the equivalent of products that were purchased.

For Lost Orders, please contact USPS with your tracking number before contacting shop. In most cases tracking can be delayed due to USPS processing information, app failures, etc. on their end. However, mis-delivery is very common in apartment complex's (speaking from personal experience).

Please double check area of residence if package was left elsewhere and/or with family, friends, and/or neighbors if they took possession of your package in your place.

For damaged or defective items, take clear images of the items in a well-lit environment. Contact the shop with your order number, the images of the product(s), and your name or billing information as soon as possible within the 14 days after delivery.

As a friendly reminder, most items are handmade or provided by “print on demand” services. Handmade items are limited in quantity and may not be available for replacement. We will provide further instructions and/or resolution at the time of contact.

Refunds/Replacements cannot be issued for packages that are stolen after successful delivery to shipping address provided. These circumstances fall under force majeure.

ADDITIONAL SHOP INFORMATION

tesvp reserves the right to refund, cancel, enforce the terms of use, and/or take action against any violations. They may also refuse service for any reason and/or amend information, including prices, product specifications, terms of purchase, licensing agreements, and product offerings, without prior notice. 

PERSONAL AND/OR COMMERCIAL PRODUCT USE

All products and services offered are for personal use, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If commercial use is available, it comes as a bundle and/or separate rate that customers must pay for individual commercial use. However, please refrain from using any work or service for hateful, racist, or discriminatory content or projects.

Custom orders, products, and listings featuring and/or inspired by fandom-related items belong to their respective owners. tesvp does not claim ownership or the right to sell character rights to anyone. Creations concerning "fandom" / "fan-made" products are designed by tesvp in their own work and are UN-OFFICIAL. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge any or all information provided.
