Shipping policy
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order items (such as handmade trinket jars) require additional processing time of up to 1–2 weeks before shipment, as they are crafted specifically for your order. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically via email immediately after payment is confirmed. No shipping applies to digital orders. If you experience issues accessing your download, please contact us at support@tesvp.com.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all U.S. addresses. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. tesvp is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing and/or any events that fall under force majeure.

Orders cannot be shipped to countries and/or regions that have stringent import regulations, which pose significant challenges for small businesses. Thank you for your understanding!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipment notification.
Lost or Stolen Packages
tesvp is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after successful delivery to the shipping address provided. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@tesvp.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.
