HANDMADE

Handmade items are essentially products made by hand, by us. Handmade items are created using materials quality checked and handpicked by tesvp (i.e me/we/us). Handmade items are created with limited inventory and may not be applicable for replacement/returns, etc. Handmade items may have minimal imperfections. By purchasing any handmade items, you automatically acknowledge these conditions as they are stated within listings.

SEMI-HANDMADE 

Semi-handmade are items manufactured and handmade modifications are added, such as: placement of flat-back crystals, resin sealant/coating and/or other handmade alterations to products ready made by manufacture. Semi-handmade items may have minimal imperfections. By purchasing any handmade items, you automatically acknowledge these conditions as they are stated within listings.

DIGITAL CONTENT FILES

Digital downloadable products/listings are "digital goods," - no physical product will be mailed to you. Digital work is for PERSONAL-USE only, unless otherwise stated.  Digital files themselves may not be resold and/or redistributed in any shape or form. artwork is copyright of © tesvp, all rights reserved.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-ordering is purchasing an item not yet produced. Purchasing any "pre-order" items is reserving your order in advance before it is in-stock. Pre-ordered items will not ship until after they complete process of production via manufacture, approval by us for design and quality check. Pre-orders help tesvp, as the seller, to fund production costs of items yet to be produced. 

DO NOT GROUP PRE-ORDER WITH CUSTOM / REGULAR STOCK! 

Pre-orders do not ship out until they are in tesvp's possession. Production times vary.

CUSTOM ORDER

Custom orders are tailor made services to the buyer. Custom listings may be available for direct orders already provided. Any other custom orders can be requested by contacting support@tesvp.com for further inquiry.

Custom orders may not have a set deadline and/or ship out date, any estimations are a rough educated time frame. Work in progress will vary based on details, materials, approval by the buyer (if approval option is available) and other supplies needed to fulfill your order.

DO NOT GROUP CUSTOM ORDERS WITH PRE-ORDER / REGULAR STOCK!

Custom orders will not ship out until project is finished.

MADE TO ORDER

"Made to Order" projects/products are items that will begin production after your order is 100% successfully processed. Made to order items help reduce waste and/or supplies. Made to order listings help tesvp know buyers interest per order instead of creating "bulk" stock with unknown interest, which helps preserve funds.

If you order  MADE TO ORDER with available inventory, your order will not ship out until "made to order" items are completed.

PRINT ON DEMAND

"Print On Demand" items are handled by a 3rd party service connected to shop. Product starts automatic manufacture after payment has been successfully completed. Manufacture companies will ship out items directly to the buyer and will not pass through shops possession, unless tesvp personally orders items to sell through shop themself.

Print on Demand items will/have been personally purchased by tesvp to determine quality and product durability with their own personal funds outside of sales. Any item that falls under "print on demand" will only be available if they pass the quality test.

PRODUCT DISPLAY

Please understand that colors may vary slightly due to differences in lighting/cameras, device settings, manufacture and/or we see colors differently. By purchasing through this shop you have automatically acknowledged and accepted these conditions.

When will I receive my order?

Please review Shop Policy for further information. Order processing varies depending on the type of item purchased (e.g custom orders, print on demand products, etc). 

What are your return and/or refund policies?

Please review Shop Policy for further information. All sales are final. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges are rare and are only accepted under special circumstances.

As a friendly reminder, we are a single owner small business, therefore, we cannot fulfill instant order recovery similar to larger-commercial businesses. Patience is greatly appreciated - thank you!

Do you take custom listings and/or commissions on shop?

Yes. Custom work varies depending on project requested. Please contact us at support@tesvp.com for any inquiries regarding this type of work outside of those already provided.
