HANDMADE

Handmade items are essentially products crafted by us, using materials of high quality that we carefully select. These items are created with limited inventory, so they may not be eligible for replacement or returns. Additionally, handmade items may have minor imperfections. By purchasing any handmade item, you acknowledge and accept these conditions as outlined in the listing.

SEMI-HANDMADE 

Semi-handmade items are manufactured products that have been modified by hand, such as the placement of flat-back crystals, resin sealant or coating, and other handmade alterations. These items may have minimal imperfections. By purchasing any handmade item, you acknowledge that these conditions are stated in the listings.

DIGITAL CONTENT FILES

Digital downloadable products and listings are referred to as “digital goods.” These digital products are not physical items that will be mailed to you. Digital work is intended for personal-use, unless otherwise specified. Additionally, digital files themselves cannot be resold or redistributed in any form. Artwork is copyrighted by © tesvp and is protected by all applicable copyright laws.

PRE-ORDER

Pre-ordering an item means purchasing it before it’s actually made. By pre-ordering, you’re essentially reserving your order in advance, ensuring that you’ll receive it once it’s in stock. However, please note that pre-ordered items won’t ship until after they’ve undergone the entire production process, including manufacturing, design approval, and quality checks. Pre-orders are crucial for tesvp, as the seller, as they help fund the production costs of items that haven’t been made yet. 

DO NOT GROUP PRE-ORDER WITH CUSTOM / REGULAR STOCK! 

Pre-orders do not ship out until they are in tesvp's possession. Production times vary.

CUSTOM ORDER

Custom orders are personalized services tailored to the buyer’s specific requirements. While some custom listings may already be available for direct orders, any other custom orders can be requested by contacting support@tesvp.com for further inquiries. 

Please note that any custom work will not be shipped until the project is complete. If a time frame is provided, it is an educated guess. The work in progress will vary based on the details, materials, buyer approval (if available), and other supplies required to fulfill the order. Additionally, this type of order cannot be canceled, is non-refundable, and is non-returnable.

MADE TO ORDER

“Made to Order” projects and products are items that will only begin production after your order is completely processed. These items help reduce waste and the need for excessive supplies. By listing “Made to Order” items, tesvp can better understand the interests of buyers per order, rather than creating “bulk stock" with unknown demand. This approach helps preserve funds.

Orders including MADE TO ORDER items with available inventory will not ship out until "made to order" items are completed. Do not group "made order" with regular inventory if you are not patient.

PRINT ON DEMAND

“Print On Demand” items are managed by a third-party service connected to the shop. Once the payment is successfully completed, the product begins automatic manufacturing. The manufacturing companies will directly ship the items to the buyers and will not pass through the shop’s possession, unless the shop owner personally orders items to sell through the shop themselves.

tesvp personally purchases print-on-demand items to assess their quality and product durability using their own funds, separate from sales. Therefore, only items that pass the quality test will be available for purchase.

PRODUCT DISPLAY

Please be aware that colors may slightly differ due to variations in lighting, camera settings, device configurations, manufacturing processes, and individual color perception. By purchasing from this shop, you have implicitly acknowledged and accepted these conditions.

When will I receive my order?

Please review Shop Policy for further information. Order processing varies depending on the type of item purchased (e.g custom orders, print on demand products, etc). 

What are your return and/or refund policies?

Please review Shop Policy for further information. All sales are final. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges are rare and are only accepted under special circumstances.

As a friendly reminder, we are a small, single-owner business, so we can’t fulfill instant order recovery like larger commercial businesses. We appreciate your patience. Thank you!

Do you take custom listings and/or commissions on shop?
