How to Commission

Please review our terms of service and/or portfolio. Our work is done in our style, color preferences, and interpretation. I won’t re-create someone else’s work.

Details Of Reference

Please include any or all visual images that you’d like to use for your request. You can either upload them to forms on our site within custom listing or create shareable links that we can access (e.g Google Drive or Toyhou.se, etc).

To better understand your commission, please provide at least one high-quality image. Text is helpful but mainly as aid for visual references.

Commissions are available on VGEN and shop. Options may vary and be exclusive to certain platforms.

How Commissions Are Accepted

Please refrain from sending random requests outside of listings given for commission.

Commissions are only accepted through the available methods and platforms. Inquiries about specific services are considered based on availability and difficulty at our discretion. 

Reviewing Requests

If your request didn’t work out, it might be because you didn’t take a look at our terms of service and portfolio, or it doesn’t quite fit what we currently do. Other factors that might affect my ability to help include my current workload, the amount of time I have available, and my overall well-being.

I’ll let you know as soon as I know whether your request is accepted or declined.

WIP: Work in Process & Drafting

You can find the commission process details in our terms of service/use. Typically, drafts are created either traditionally or digitally for approval. Once the final digital design is all set, we’ll resize and save the images according to the specifications you provided for the commission.

Custom services, including traditional illustrations, sculpt figurines, and similar, require a longer production time. The duration of the process is contingent upon the complexity of the commission and the specific supplies necessary to ensure the desired outcome. 

Sharing and Credit

You're welcome to share and/or display watermarked versions of your commission whenever you like! To tag or @mention us in your posts, please visit our linktr.ee page! We really appreciate the credit and it helps us grow 😊

Just a friendly reminder, my work is my primary source of income. Credit can be a great way for me to connect with others, expand my business, and build a loyal customer base. If you’re unable to credit when needed, it might be a bit challenging to get services from me in the future.
