Subscription Membership
The Subscription Membership Club is a paid subscription where you'll receive both digital and physical rewards made by us on tesvp.com. Rewards may vary or change over time.
You can easily manage and control your subscription right from your account page on shop. Plus, you’ll get email reminders about your subscription service.
WHEN MONTHLY REWARDS ARE SENT
Rewards will be sent at the end of the month. If you join in between the 2 month cooldown, you will receive rewards from the month prior. For example, sign-ups open in Jan and you join in January-March, then you will get Jan's rewards.
HOW MEMBERS ARE CHARGED
Your membership renews on the same date every 2 months you originally joined. For example, if you signed up in April 10th then your next billing schedule is July 10th.
SUBSCRIPTION BILLING CYCLE
Just a heads-up, your subscription billing is scheduled for 2 months, which is bi-monthly. This doesn’t mean you’ll get products for 2 months straight; instead, your subscription items will be delivered once every 2 months.
SHIPMENT & TRACKING NUMBER
Every package will receive a tracking number, this is to give you a peace of mind and try to prevent lost packages hence the slightly higher cost for subscription club.

Digital goods, due to their nature, cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
