All sales are final. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges are rare and are only accepted under special circumstances. If your package was damaged upon arrival or received the wrong item, please email us at support@tesvp.com with your full name, order number, and photos of the order within 14 days of delivery so we can do our best to help you.
